 The DH-485 cables designed for DH-485 networks, while the longline cables are designed for interconnection of Allen-Bradley interface modules. The DH-485 cable contains a 1.5 pair foil/braid with a common reference line located outside of the foil but within the braid. The longline cables have pairs that are individually shielded for extra protection from crosstalk and RF interference. Cable-in-Conduit (CIC) versions are available in both cable.
